Returns And Exchanges
In the event that you receive the wrong item, please contact DevSport to obtain a valid RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Replacements will only be shipped once the incorrect item has been received and confirmed by DevSport. If you install or modify parts ordered in any way whatsoever, you automatically waive your right to returns, refunds or exchanges.

All products can be returned due to manufacturer defects Only. You can not cancel an order after it has been placed, but we will gladly exchange an item due to back-order. All returns must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase. A 20% restocking fee will apply.

Return items must be in new/unopened condition. The customer is responsible for shipping fees both ways when returning or requesting for an exchange. Upon approval by DevSport, refunds will be issued in the same manner that they were paid, less restocking fees and shipping fees.

Upon inspection, items found to be unused, uninstalled, in resalable condition, and in original, undamaged packaging will be credited less any applicable restocking or re-packaging fees. Items found to be used, installed, not resalable, or with missing or damaged original product packaging will not be credited and the item will be returned to the customer upon request at customerís expense.

Any refused shipment sent back to DevSport or our Affiliates does not constitute the right to a refund or credit. It is the customerís responsibility to make all arrangements to receive shipments. DevSport will charge the customer all freight charges associated with the shipment and a 20% restocking fee on all products that were shipped back to DevSport or our affiliates.

Requesting a RMA
To open a return/exchange ticket and receive a RMA number, log into your account and select the order you're referring to. Once your ticket has been reviewed and approved, further instructions will be emailed to you. My Account > Select Order number > Add New RMA
